Production process & lead time

The order fulfillment time in our store is up to 7 business days. You are probably wondering why so long?

Our company, as you probably already know, is a family business. It is very important for us to take care of employees, customers and the environment. Most of the products you order in our store are created especially for you. This way we avoid mass sewing and overproduction. We create the things you need, ensuring that they serve you for a long time. So we would like to introduce you to the order handling process:

Step 1. Accepting your order
Step 2. Plan your slicing.
Step 3. Production, that is sewing.
Step 4. Pressing and initial quality control.
Step 5. Your product goes to the sorting machine, that is the person responsible for the quality and aesthetics of the product (eg cleaning of thread residues).
Step 6. Completing your order
Step 7. Packing and final quality control.
Step 8. Handing the package over to the courier
Step 9. Delivery to you 1-2 days.

We make every effort to ensure that the waiting time is as short as possible through good work organization. Your clothes are created in a pleasant atmosphere thanks to people who have been with us for many years. We make a good team :)
